“It Was A Good Day”"Therefore... be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your Labor is not in vain.” (1Corinthians 15:58) Yes, our Invite-A-Friend Sunday was a good day. I believe Paul Ross said we had 68 at the pancake breakfast and 73 came to worship God that morning. Last week we had 58 in attendance. Not that it’s really about numbers but rather about doing the work of the Lord. And the work of the Lord is to make disciples. But before we can make disciples, we have to reach out to those would-be disciples.
